Share Kacha with a friend. When they build the receipt-scanning habit, you both earn 500 Kacha Points — enough to redeem for real airtime.
The 5-day rule
Your friend must scan a valid receipt on 5 different calendar days within 14 days of creating their account. Multiple receipts on the same day count as one day toward the goal — but every scan still earns them normal points. Once all 5 days are complete, the referral bonus is paid to both accounts automatically.
How it works
Share your code
Open Refer a friend in the app and share your personal referral code or invite link with anyone who does not have Kacha yet.
Your friend joins
They install Kacha, create an account and enter your code during sign-up. This links their account to yours as a pending referral.
They scan on 5 different days
Your friend snaps a valid receipt on 5 separate calendar days, all within 14 days of joining. Extra scans on the same day still earn them points, but only count as one day toward the goal.
You both get rewarded
The moment the 5th qualifying day lands, 500 Kacha Points are automatically credited to both your wallet and your friend’s.
Tracking a referral
In My referrals you can follow every invite as it moves through these stages:

- 2ScanningThey’ve started scanning — progress is tracked day by day.
- 3VerifiedThey hit 5 distinct scan-days within the window.
- 4RewardedPoints are paid to both of you.
Good to know
- Only valid receipts count. Duplicate, unreadable or fraudulent scans do not qualify.
- If your friend does not reach 5 scan-days within 14 days, the referral expires and no bonus is paid.
- A person can only be referred once — a code cannot be applied to an account that already used one.
- You cannot refer yourself, and self-referrals are automatically rejected.
