Under Law No. 058/2021 on the protection of personal data and privacy, you can ask us to:

  • stop or limit certain uses, or withdraw consent you gave us.

Which law and courts apply

Our Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, and the courts of Kigali, Rwanda have jurisdiction. Rights you have under local consumer and data-protection law cannot be taken away by the Terms.
